NAIT Administration Building

For their new administration building in Edmonton, NAIT, were seeking a modern, bright and efficient workplace that reflected the cutting edge work the technology-based polytechnic does day in and day out.

The client wished to re-use existing furniture and incorporate it into a new layout. The project also needed to get started within a flexible framework to accommodate scope changes as user needs were confirmed or adapted.

The CDI Spaces team conducted a thorough site analysis of the existing furniture and provided a flexible fee structure for furniture inventory, design, moves, and reconfiguration that let the client approve the project and manage scope changes as the project progressed.
